Do you cook in rental homes?
Yes — we bring our own knives and tools, so a standard Outer Banks rental kitchen is fine.
Do you do the shopping?
Yes. Groceries are billed at cost on top of the chef fee. You don’t shop.
How far ahead should we book?
Summer weekends book weeks ahead, especially in Nags Head and Kitty Hawk. Reserve early.
Can you handle allergies?
Yes — we plan the menu around allergies in advance so they’re handled in the cooking.
What areas do you serve?
Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, Duck, Corolla, and the surrounding northern Outer Banks.
Do you cater larger events or just dinners?
Both — private dinners up to ~16 plated, and boils/roasts/grill catering for larger groups.
